Are utilities included in the price?

Every host has the right to decide on what is included or excluded in the price. Please be sure to confirm what additional costs there are and that’s it is clearly written in the contract.

Within how long can I expect a response to my reservation?

We encourage our hosts to respond the same day to their inquiries.

How do I get a host’s contact information?

As soon as you submit an inquiry, you will be contacted by potential hosts and at that point, they will share with you their contact information.

Why do I need to upload my ID?

We require all users to upload their government ID in order to add a level of security to the FindaZimmer community.

Is there any verification process for hosts?

All hosts have to verify their email and phone number as well as upload the government ID. We also make random checks of rentals from time to time.

How can I see more details about the property?

When you do a search if you click on the map pin icon you will see full details of the property.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Every host has his own cancellation policy, please make sure you are fully aware as this will vary to lenient and strict.

How do I pay for the booking?

Every host has his own payment terms and accepts different payment methods. It’s very common for a host to request payment in full before your arrival in order to confirm your booking.

How do I contact a host?

We do not share hosts’ contact information, our hosts will reach out to you if their property is available and share all his details.

How much does it cost?

Our service is 100% free to our guests you will need to sign up to be able to send inquiries.

How does this service help me?

Using our service will save you a tremendous amount of time, no more making hundreds of calls to hear my property is no available or suitable. Define your search, sit back and our hosts will reach out to you.

Can I set my own cancellation policy?

At FindAZimmer we leave you in the driver’s seat to run your rental the way you like, you can set your own cancellation terms and we stay completely out of the picture.

Why do I need to upload my ID?

In the same way that we like to make you feel comfortable about your guests we too like to fee our guests to feel comfortable about our hosts, this information is kept private and not shared with your guests.

What verification process do you require from guests?

We have the guest verify his phone number, email and upload a government ID.

Can I list a property that’s only available at certain times of the year?

Yes, we have a seasonal plan which will show you the listing for 28 days.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel your account anytime and we will only bill you the current and following month as long as you pay monthly. If you pay yearly, then the yearly payment is non-refundable.

How many listings can I have?

We have various subscription plans to suit every host, some plans include a maximum of one listing whilst others allow unlimited listings, we even have a plan for a seasonal host?

How do I communicate with my guests?

As soon as you receive an inquiry you will receive your guest’s full name, phone number and email, we also share the time zone with you so please check before making a call.

Can I block out dates that are unavailable?

Yes and we recommend you keep your calendar up to date to avoid receiving leads that are not relevant to you, to update your calendar go to your dashboard> click on your listing and select the start and end date you wish to make unavailable.

Why is my listing not coming up in searches?

As soon as you complete your listing, our moderators will review the information to confirm all the details have been entered correctly and will then make it public this can take upto 48hrs

How do the ‘Leads Guaranteed” policy work?

We are so confident that you will make your money back from subscribing to our service, if you don’t get any leads for 60 days you can request a full refund no questions asked.

Why can’t the guests see my contact information?

We value your time and the guest’s time. The guest can reach out to all owners at one step (not having to call all of the owners for hours), and you will only receive qualified leads that meet what you offer.

My rental is only available for a few weeks, how do I set that up?

If you would like to rent your property whilst you are away for a short period of time, e.g. summer, or during the festival period, you can subscribe for a monthly subscription and then cancel.

What is a qualified lead?

Any lead inquiry you receive means that your property criteria matched the search requirements of the guest. A basic search includes location, dates, number of guests minimum stay. An advance search means filtering the results using numerous filters such as AC, WIFI, Pool, pets allowed. In simple terms, there is a strong possibility you will close a booking with the guest.

How do I get paid by the guests?

At FindAZimmer we leave you in the driver’s seat to run your rental the way you like, you can set your own payment terms and payment methods and we stay completely out of the picture.

How much does it cost to list my rental?

There is a low monthly subscription fee of 149nis per month which includes receiving unlimited leads per month per listing. When you subscribe to the annual plan you will get 3 months free.
