How do I get a host’s contact information?
As soon as you submit an inquiry, you will be contacted by potential hosts and at that point, they will share with you their contact information.
Why do I need to upload my ID?
We require all users to upload their government ID in order to add a level of security to the FindaZimmer community.
Is there any verification process for hosts?
All hosts have to verify their email and phone number as well as upload the government ID. We also make random checks of rentals from time to time.
Within how long can I expect a response to my inquiry?
We expect our hosts to respond within 24 hours (and we encourage them to do so much quicker than that)
What happens if I need to cancel?

How do I pay for the booking?
Discuss this directly with the host. FAZ doesn’t get involved in the booking (and you pay no commission!). Discuss payments and terms with the hosts.
How do I contact a host?
The host contacts you – which means that their place matches your search – and you’ll have all their contact details. You don’t need to waste time contacting hosts who don’t have what you are looking for.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Nadda. Zippo. Just sign up and send inquiries.
How does this service help me?
FAZ will stop the frustrating effort and time of making tens of calls just to find out that “my property is not available” etc. Search for what YOU want, then sit back and let the hosts reach out to you.
Can I make changes to my property?
You can simply edit all the information from your dashboard at any time, by logging in
Is it true that you offer FREE website link for our guests?
Findazimmer offers you a free domain for 12 months that you can share with your contacts and will open directly to your listing page, where potential guests can view your full property details, check your availability and simply contact you. After a year there will be a small renewal fee of 200nis, if you subscribe to an annual plan there will be no charge.
Can I set my own cancellation policy?
At FindAZimmer we leave you in the driver’s seat to run your rental the way you like, you can set your own cancellation terms and we stay completely out of the picture.
Why do I need to upload my ID?
In the same way that we like to make you feel comfortable about your guests we too like to fee our guests to feel comfortable about our hosts, this information is kept private and not shared with your guests.
How do I know that this is worth my money?
We have a “Guaranteed Leads” policy. If you don’t get any leads for 60 days you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I list a property that’s only available at certain times of the year?
Yes, you can block out the unavailable dates and set a minimum stay.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your account anytime by email within 7 days of your upcoming billing cycle, If you pay yearly, then the yearly payment is non-refundable and will continue until the annual billing cycle is due, you can, however, hide the property from coming up in search results
How many listings can I have?
For your flexibility, you can select a subscription with 1-5 listings. For more, contact us.
How do I communicate with my guests?
Every inquiry will include the full name, phone number, email, and time zone. Please take note of the Preferred method of communication.
Can I block out dates that are unavailable?
For sure! Keeping your calendar up-to-date will help to avoid receiving leads that are not relevant to you. This can affect your “Guaranteed Leads,” so we really suggest that you do this. To update your calendar, click your listing from the Dashboard and select dates to make unavailable.
Why is my listing not coming up in searches?
As soon as you complete your listing, our moderators will review the information to confirm all the details have been entered correctly and will then make it public. This may take up to 48 hours, but should be a lot sooner.
What kind of leads can I expect?
We will send you QUALIFIED LEADS ONLY. A QL means that your property criteria matched the search requirements of the guest. A basic search is for location, dates, number of guests, and minimum stay. An advanced search includes other filters such as AC, WIFI, pool, pets, and more.
Qualified leads mean that you aren’t bothered with requests that don’t match and there is a strong possibility you will close a booking with the guest. Studies show that fast responses lead to better sales, and we encourage you to reply as soon as you can.
Why can’t guests see my contact information?
We want to put YOU in control of which guests to reply to. When the guest searches, all qualified hosts can contact them. Decide if you are interested, and go get ‘em!
My rental is only available for a few weeks, how do I set that up?
Simple! Register for a month and you can list your place during that month.
Is there a properly listing page that I can share?
Yes, when you are in your dashboard>listings just click on the listing heading and it will open your profile page, you can share this link and receive direct messages from your guest.
If you have a website you can create a button and add your link.
How do I get paid by the guests?
FAZ leaves you in the driver’s seat to run your rental the way you like. Set your own payment terms, payment methods, lease terms, return policies, etc. FAZ is out of the picture.
How much does it cost to list my rental?
The monthly fee of 180 NIS per listing entitles you to unlimited leads. LIMITED OFFER – When you subscribe to the annual plan, you will get 3 months free
