Founder
Reuven has been involved in the short-term rental industry for almost 15 years. As a Bet Shemesh realtor, he discovered that there was a demand for short-term rentals in the area and turned many holiday homes into short-term rentals.
As a serial entrepreneur with a background in technology, Reuven is an excellent asset to Find a Zimmer.
OUR VISION
Find a Zimmer’s vision is to create a simple way to find a rental without the immense stress and wasted hours visiting many sites, contacting numerous hosts, just to find that the rental you were interested in is either not available or is not suitable.
FAZ has solved that issue by simplifying the process for both guests and hosts.
As a guest, you can send out an inquiry to all suitable rentals based on your search criteria. You enter basic guest information then use filters to narrow down the options. With one click, your request is sent to all the qualified rentals in the area – you can even let your host know how to contact you and what your timezone is!
As a host, you’ll get notified for every qualified lead, and you already know that your property is available, and it’s within the guest budget. All you need to do is to contact the guest to put the finishing touches and try to finalize the stay.
FAZ is starting in Bet Shemesh, with a goal of servicing Jerusalem and other cities, too.
