You won’t be disappointed. Eilat restaurants have a lot to offer in their  diversity and healthy choices.  For more about restaurants around Israel see the Baruch Haba Restaurant site that offers an English website for restaurants with an online booking service and specials and discount coupons; booking on line ensures your table is available and the restaurant is open.

Here are some of the more exotic and unique restaurants in Eilat.

Health Food Eilat

The Fountain of Health Restaurant in the Shachamon neighborhood offers meals that are not only healthy, nutritious, and kosher, but also delicious. If you or your children have special dietary needs you need not risk your health just because you’re on vacation. If you need to be on a low- or no-cholesterol diet, for example, or if you can’t have salt or are a diabetic, then you can eat lunch and dinner at this restaurant in Eilat or take away food and stay healthy while you’re on vacation.

Soom Soom Kosher Organic Vegetarian Restaurant is not only a restaurant but also a shop that sells organic produce and many health-food items. They operate a nearby clinic that offers treatments in alternative medicine. For further information email soomsoom2005@nana.co.il or call 08-635-6732.

Eilat Fish Restaurants

Since Eilat is a fishing town, fish aficionados will want to sample at least one great fish meal.

Denis Kingdom is a kosher fish and grill restaurant that’s part of the Ardag Fish Farm on the Peace Lagoon, close to Eilat’s northern border with Jordan. You can take a tour of the hatchery before sitting down to a delicious meal, enjoying a magnificent view of the Red Sea and the mountains of Edom. The fish is fresh from the tank and the sea bream or sea bass can be ordered grilled, baked, steamed or fried. Fresh rolls baked on the premises are also served, along with salads. Children’s portions are available and vegetarians can order pasta or quiche rather than fish. Kashrut is under the supervision of the Eilat Rabbinate.
